Field Trips & Manhattan Curriculum

At The Children's Academy, learning extends far beyond the classroom. Manhattan is our extended campus, and field trips are woven into the fabric of our curriculum. From field days in Central Park to explorations at museums across the city, our students discover that the world is full of things to see, question, and understand. We've visited the United Nations, the New York Transit Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the American Museum of Natural History, and countless other landmarks and cultural institutions. Each outing is an opportunity to bring lessons to life, build independence and social skills, and deepen the connection between our students and the vibrant community around them.
